1. How do I register?

To register just hit the Register button and follow the easy instructions to get you on your way.

To change your password go to the login page, drop down to password and simply click on "change password" and follow the instructions .

We need your email address to verify your account, send you your notifications, password verification and send occasional promotions bidlister may have.

Bidding Questions

1. How do I Bid?

To bid or respond to an item on bidlister you first must register an account, to do this simply click on REGISTER which is also on the front page.

To edit your ad you will need to go to your mybidlister page and click on "edit ad".

6. How do I post pictures or video for my ad?

To edit your pictures go to mybidlister and click on the link for edit pictures and follow the instructions .

7. How do I find my ad after listing it?

To find your ad after listing it you can either use the "keyword search" link or you can go into categories and manually search for your ad. If your ad is in the wrong category please follow the edit category link in your mypage

8. Iíve sold an item yet havenít received payment, what should I do?

1. How do I pay for an item?

once a bid is accepted simply follow the instructions once the bid is accepted page or using your preferred payment account on your Mybidlister page.

Shipping costs can be see on the item descriptions page depending on which service you use (note: sometimes depending on the item shipping options may be limited).

3. How can I ship an item?

To ship an item follow the instructions on shipping items on your Mybidlister list an item.

4. Can I track my shipment?

Depending on the shipping options are available most do have tracking numbers which you will receive via email one the item is shipped.

5. How do I report an unpaid balance?

If you are unable to receive payment you can contact our seller directly or you can also contact us at customersupport@bidlister.com

This depends on the service you choose for shipping your item, with most items you will receive a tracking number and an estimated time of arrival, if you do not receive your item in this timeframe you can contact the seller and they can determine where the item is.

To report a payment problem please refer to the payment method used rule, if there is still a dispute contact our dispute department at disputes@bidlister.com.

6. What if I want to cancel a payment?

Once a payment is made you are obligated to make your payment. However if you do not receive your item or have other dispute plesae check our Sellers rules and policies section on the help page.

2. How do I know if an email is really from bidlister?

When bidlister sends you an email we use it soley as a notification and DO NOT ever ask for any personal or sensitive information. Sometimes scammers or spoofers will send emails "spoofing" of "phishing", these scammers will use these emails to gather personal information. Do not give any personal information via email and also NEVER click on any links in an email you suspect as a spoof or they may lead you to link in order to gather your personal information. If you receive any emails that say they are from bidlister and are asking for personal account details or seem suspicious in any way or ask for any sensitive information do not reply and please report it to us at security@bidlister.com.

If you have any security concerns or think that someone is attempting to access you personal information or you suspect an illegitamate or "spoof" email please report these concerns to security@bidlister.com.

All payment information is sent using secure encryption to get the information to our payment providers. Bidlister does not keep any credit card numbers or other payment information on record.
